Job description
- Provide excellent customer service via e-mail, telephone and internal messaging systems.
- Provide training to end clients to enhance their knowledge of the system.
- To work as part of a team to ensure all service level agreements are maintained and department objectives achieved
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Pro-active attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn and develop both new and existing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively.

- Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1hr Lunch)
