IT Transformation Manager - Business Services - Brussels

• You will lead IT and digital projects end-to-end, from scoping and requirements definition to delivery and benefits realization, in close collaboration with business teams and Business Analysts.
• You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• You will monitor KPIs, report progress to stakeholders and the Group, and drive decision-making through steering committees.
• You will engage sponsors and key stakeholders, foster collaboration across IT and business teams, and maintain a strong delivery focus.
• You will contribute to the development of the Project Management Center of Excellence by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement.

• You have 5+ years in program/project management and a proven track record with successful delivery of transformation projects
• Strong interest and understanding of digital technologies, IT systems, and how they enable business transformation.
• Dutch, French and English are mandatory
