Job description

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and evolve digital channel features
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Write detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing
  • Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility over the product backlog and support prioritization
  • Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, reviews)
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and validation activities
  • Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with QA teams
  • Prepare internal stakeholders for releases and functional changes

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and functional analysis
  • Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
  • Strong interest in digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms
  • Affinity for user experience and customer-centric design
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or trading is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing is a plus
