Job description

As a Content and Digital Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the CheckFire brand across all customer and marketing touchpoints. Reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with our in house design team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving content across online and offline channels.

This is a brand new role within the Marketing team. You will take ownership of day to day content activity, support digital execution, and help bring structure and consistency to how content is planned, delivered, and measured.

Your work will directly support our growth plans, our Training Academy, and our ambition to position CheckFire as a market leading brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create, plan, and manage content across all brand channels, online and offline
  • Maintain and update website content using a CMS
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content
  • Support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Create product content including brochures, manuals, and data sheets
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and guidelines
  • Support SEO through keyword research and on page optimisation
  • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas to increase reach and engagement
  • Work closely with the in house design team and external agencies
  • Gather information across the business and turn it into clear, engaging content
  • Support internal communications content when required
  • Help build and maintain content libraries, templates, and shared assets
  • Assist with campaign delivery and basic performance reporting

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Confidence working with designers and wider stakeholders
  • Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Understanding of digital content formats and online user behaviour
  • Experience in content creation or a related role
  • Confidence using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Sked, or Mailchimp is desirable
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a marketing team
