IT Support & Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support & Network Engineer to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining 3rd line IT support, network infrastructure, and on-site installation work, including CCTV systems.

You will be the go-to technical expert for complex IT issues while also supporting field installations of CCTV and networking solutions for our clients., * Provide 3rd line technical support for servers (physical and virtual), networks, and desktop environments

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user administration and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (primarily Hikvision)
• Carry out network installations, configuration, and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Support physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V / VMware)
• Produce accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Work directly with clients, including on-site support and installations

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VPN?, * Proven experience in a 3rd line IT support role or similar

• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with desktop support and hardware troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience installing and supporting CCTV systems (wired and wireless)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Must live within 30 minutes of our Leyland office
• Ability to pass a DBS check

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

• Experience with firewalls, switches, and VPNs
• Familiarity with Hikvision CCTV systems (training provided if required)
• Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
