Job description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices
  • Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure
  • Assist with software deployment, updates, and patch management
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues including TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN setups
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other systems
  • Support remote access solutions including VPNs for secure connectivity
  • Monitor system performance and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches
  • Document incidents and resolutions accurately in help desk systems for ongoing analysis
