support and act as liaison with OEM technical teams. * Promote warranty programmes and ensure customer requirements are met. * Ensure accurate recording, documentation and filing of maintenance records. * Maintain up-to-date reporting within the maintenance tracking system (CAMP). * Support the customer service interface alongside the Commercial team. * Lead strategic and continuous improvement projects, including root cause investigations. * Uphold EH&S standards, safety policies and professional presentation expectations. * Attend meetings and undertake additional duties as required by senior management. Requirements * Experience within a Part-M and/or Part-145 organisation. * Experience working directly with customers, including HNWIs. * Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and tracking systems. * Thorough understanding of Part-M, Part-145 and MOE requirements. * Knowledge of SMS, Just Culture and occurrence reporting systems. *, Understanding of continuing
