Job description
In this role, you'll support staff and students across two nearby sites, providing hands-on technical assistance, resolving tickets, and ensuring the smooth running of the school's IT systems. You'll work closely with the IT Manager on everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to hardware repairs, software installations, network maintenance, and supporting classroom technology., * Deliver Level 1 & 2 support across two London site
- Assist users in person, via ticketing system, and on-site visit
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and AV equipment
- Support routine network and systems maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with AD, MS365, Intune, Autopilot and related tools
- Maintain accurate asset records and documentation
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, and major IT projects
- Provide occasional A/V support for events and performances
Requirements
Do you have experience in Intune?, A leading education provider in South West London is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong 1st and 2nd line experience who enjoys working in a fast paced, user focused environment., * Proven 1st/2nd line support background
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and basic AV
- Experience with Active Directory (on-prem), Entra ID/Azure AD, MS365, Intune
- Understanding of endpoint security and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco) desirable
