Job description
- Provide a high level of support for iPhones and iPads
- Set up meeting rooms, including hybrid meetings using Teams and Zoom
- Log and manage support calls
- Be proactive in resolving technical faults and escalate where necessary
- Support physical office moves, PC reimaging, hardware replacements, and setup of temporary equipment for staff
- Ensure service levels are maintained, prioritizing tasks as necessary

Requirements

- Experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, and Outlook is advantageous
- Experience providing iOS and Android support
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
