Job description

  • Provide a high level of support for iPhones and iPads
  • Set up meeting rooms, including hybrid meetings using Teams and Zoom
  • Log and manage support calls
  • Be proactive in resolving technical faults and escalate where necessary
  • Support physical office moves, PC reimaging, hardware replacements, and setup of temporary equipment for staff
  • Ensure service levels are maintained, prioritizing tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar Technical Support position, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, and Outlook is advantageous
  • Experience providing iOS and Android support
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
