Job description
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer who will take ownership of more complex technical issues escalated from 1st line support. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving advanced user problems, managing infrastructure support tasks, and helping to maintain high-availability systems., * Handle escalated support cases involving deeper technical troubleshooting
- Support core IT infrastructure including networks, servers, applications and cloud services
- Collaborate with 1st line support to share knowledge and improve service delivery
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures and technical logs
- Help deploy updates, patches, and system enhancements under supervision
- Work on continuous improvement and automation of support processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, * Strong understanding of Windows Servers, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud platforms
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure / AWS basics, and endpoint management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with ticketing & remote support tools
Qualifications (Desirable):
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., M365), ITIL Foundation
- Networking certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
