Job description
- Provide day-to-day IT support across desktop, server, and cloud environments
- Handle a mix of self-selected and allocated support tickets
- Collaborate effectively within a tight-knit team
- Participate in occasional travel to the office in Stratford upon Avon and client sites as needed
- Ensure a high level of service delivery with a human approach

We are a small managed service provider (MSP) offering IT support to over 40 clients across the UK, with user bases ranging from 5 to 400 users. We pride ourselves on our collaborative team environment and a refreshingly human approach to service delivery. Most of our work is remote, providing flexibility, although some travel will be required. The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, plus a discretionary company bonus scheme. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in 1st/2nd line IT support
- Experience with Windows Desktop OS (Registry, Services, Group Policy, MDM)
- Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware
- Familiarity with Event Viewer, PowerShell
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Experience in troubleshooting Mac, Android, iOS, and printers
- Confident communicator with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across varied environments and adapting quickly
- A real appetite to learn, progress, and contribute ideas
