• I need you to have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
• Basic networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) is essential.
• You should possess hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills.
• A friendly, solutions-focused approach to support is crucial.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is required.
• It would also be helpful if you have around one year of experience in IT Support (business, education, or public-sector setting).
• Awareness of data security, confidentiality, and safeguarding is beneficial.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) would be advantageous.
