Provide 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshooting
Lead smaller client projects and rearchitect customer networks
Act as an escalation point for complex issues
Install, configure, and support client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platforms
Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality technical delivery
Attend client sites when required (local travel)

Technologies:

Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP environment
Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
A methodical and calm approach under pressure
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Core technical skills:
- Windows Server (setup, troubleshooting, maintenance)
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Network support (routers, switches, firewalls; WatchGuard experience is a bonus)
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong experience with remote and on-site troubleshooting
- Comfortable working across a broad IT estate (hardware, software, cloud, networking)
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects and identifying opportunities for improvement
