• Experience in 3rd line support

• Essential experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Knowledge of networking, focusing on Ubiquiti Unifi and Mikrotik
• Expertise in Windows Server, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Hyper-V/VMware
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure, including administration, migrations, and security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux
• Experience with PSA & RMM tools such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar
• Awareness of cyber security best practices, including patching, MFA, and endpoint protection

We are seeking a 3rd Line I.T Support Engineer to join our IT support and solutions company based in Waterlooville. The ideal candidate should be located locally and possess the necessary experience. This role is fully on-site. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, along with 20 days of holiday, a Christmas bonus, and an annual salary review.
