• You will act as the first point of contact for client IT support requests via phone and email.
• Your duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and network systems.
• You will diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, Mac OS, and server environments.
• Repairing and replacing faulty components will be crucial to ensure minimal downtime.
• You will manage cybersecurity measures, including antivirus and firewall installations.
• Providing technical guidance to help improve solutions and customer satisfaction will be part of your role.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation is required.
• You will test and deploy new hardware and software prior to rollout.
• Supporting clients with broadband, leased line, FTTC, and FTTP connections will be necessary.
• You will complete internal administrative tasks, including quotes, purchase orders, and job sheets.
• Logging work clearly for ISO standards and accountability purposes will be essential.

• I require candidates to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as site visits are necessary.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows/Mac OS systems is essential.
• I expect experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization solutions.
• Candidates should have knowledge of networking, routers, and WAN configurations, including fibre leased lines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure (hybrid and cloud-based environments) is needed.
• Experience with VoIP systems, DNS, and domain hosting is valuable.
• A working knowledge of Cisco and Ubiquiti product configurations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
