• Oversee and maintain the network, servers, switches, Microsoft 365, and backup systems
• Lead and mentor ICT support staff while managing day-to-day operations
• Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to maximize the use of IT systems

• Full driving license and ability to commute to High Wycombe daily
• Experience working in a client-facing or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Proven experience managing and upgrading IT networks
• Knowledge of Office 365, Azure, networking, and firewalls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on excellent customer service
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively
