Job description
- Deliver hands-on technical support across our Edinburgh offices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Manage and support Mobile Device Management solutions

Requirements
- Solid background in supporting Microsoft technologies
- Strong proficiency in Windows environments
- Experience with Office 365
