Job description
- Collaborate in the design, preparation and execution of training activities in clinical simulation environments for students and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate in the integration of new technologies (digital tools, data analysis, computational models or artificial intelligence-based solutions) applied to clinical simulation and healthcare training.
- Support the technical management of simulation resources (devices, software and clinical material).
- Participate in the development and evaluation of clinical simulation scenarios.
- Collaborate in the tutoring and technical supervision of Final Degree Projects (TFG) and Final Master's Projects (TFM) developed in the field of clinical simulation and biomedical engineering.
- Participate in the evaluation of the training impact of clinical simulation programmes using objective indicators and results analysis.
Requirements
Master Degree or equivalent, * Education: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar. Master's degree in areas related to health innovation, medical technologies or clinical simulation.
- Skills:
o Ability to analyse, organise and manage projects o Proficiency in programming languages and computing environments applied to the biomedical field (Python, MATLAB, etc.) o Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques applied to biomedical data analysis o Application of the scientific method and analytical thinking in academic, clinical or research environments
- Languages: English (minimum B2) and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Benefits & conditions
- Permanent employment contract for scientific and technical activities.
- Professional category of Higher Degree Holder in Group II, Area 2, according to the collective agreement.
- Full-time working week of 37.5 hours.
- Gross annual salary: €34,927.22.
- Personal leave: 6 working days per year.
- Holidays: 22 working days per year.
- 24 and 31 December are non-working days. Eligibility criteria
The selection process will consist of two phases and the following scale will be applied, out of a maximum of 10 points:
-Training and curricular merits: 6 points. -Personal interview: 4 points
In the event that two or more candidates match the values and needs of the institution and meet the conditions required for the post, and where there is a tie, the candidate with a certificate attesting to a minimum degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 per cent shall prevail. Selection process

The selected applications are then evaluated by the selection committee, composed of the head of human resources at IdiPAZ, the President of the IdiPAZ Internal Scientific Committee and the Project Manager which will apply the scales described in each. call for applications.
