Job description

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused 2nd Line Support Technician to join our growing IT team. If you're passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and working with modern technology, we want to hear from you!, * Provide high-quality 2nd line technical support across the organisation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, macOS, and core business applications
  • Assist with user management, device configuration, and software deployment
  • Support escalations from 1st Line and collaborate with senior engineers when needed
  • Contribute to continuous service improvements and documentation
  • Support basic networking tasks aligned with CCNA-level knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong experience providing 2nd line support in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS platforms
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles (CCNA level desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Higher Education qualification or equivalent experience in IT/technical fields
