IT SUPPORTER (80-100%)

As an IT SUPPORTER, you'll support our users on-site in Basel and assist in setting up, maintaining, and dismantling the IT infrastructure at our international congresses across Switzerland and Europe - helping to ensure smooth and successful events for scientific exchange., * Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)

• Maintain and optimize our Hyper-V and Windows Server infrastructure
• Provide IT support across all levels (1st to 3rd line)
• Deliver hands-on IT support at congresses and events across Switzerland and Europe

• Completed IT education or motivated career changers with first experience in IT support
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Hyper-V
• Initial project management experience with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support events on-site (approx. 10%)
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is an advantage
