Job description
Within the site's IT department, supporting the IT Services Management, you will provide IT support for Sigmatech's workstations, infrastructure, and systems (hardware and software), working closely with the various stakeholders of the division and the group., You will report to the IT Service Manager. Your main duties will include:
- Creating and managing user tickets (requests/incidents)
- Providing, installing, maintaining, and retrieving PCs, smartphones, and accessories
- Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and access rights
- Installing and maintaining software
- Managing the department's inventory
- Creating and updating service procedures
- Participating in the IT Help Desk
- Renewing equipment
- Maintaining videoconference rooms
- Training users on IT tools
- Managing IT onboarding for new employees
- Participating in IT projects
This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as you develop your skills in the position.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * You are a student in a DUT, BTS, or Engineering School, enrolled in a program focused on IT user support (on-site IT maintenance)
- You have a fluent level of English (C1/C2)
- You demonstrate good listening skills and creativity
- You have strong communication skills (written and oral) and are comfortable using the tools and platforms (web portals) required for the role
- You are familiar with the Office suite (Teams, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite)
