Job description

Are you organised, detail-driven and ready to play a vital role in one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? Join the Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) on the Sizewell C nuclear power station development and help shape the foundations of a cleaner energy future.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for managing the project's documentation throughout its lifecycle-ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and accessible. From drawings and specifications to project records and meeting actions, you'll become the go-to person who keeps our teams aligned and informed., * Maintain document control in line with internal processes and client requirements

  • Support project teams to track deliverables and stay on schedule
  • Manage documentation from early design through to handover
  • Ensure consistent use of document control procedures and systems
  • Attend project meetings and support decision-making with accurate information
  • Oversee business archiving and ensure easy retrieval of project documents
  • Drive continuous improvements to document control processes, As part of a specialist alliance delivering advanced ground-engineering works-including piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting-you'll be at the heart of a high-performing technical environment. Working with industry experts, you'll support the smooth flow of critical information that keeps this complex project moving.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong IT skills and confident use of Microsoft Office & SharePoint
  • Great communication and collaboration abilities
  • Highly organised, methodical and proactive
  • Determined mindset with strong follow-through

Desirable

  • Experience in construction document control
  • Knowledge of Asite EDMS
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards

Given the location of our offices, it'd be ideal if you had access to your own vehicle and full UK driving licence.
