Job description
MRP Global are seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant experienced in Payroll to join a global IT Services and Consulting firm on a 1 year fixed term contract in Berkshire.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience as an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant, with strong UK Payroll expertise
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, PAYE, NI, statutory payments, auto-enrolment, and attachments
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, retro processing, and reconciliation
- Experience delivering global payroll implementations, with the UK as the primary country
- Strong working knowledge of HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and Fusion HCM Extracts
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including regression testing
- Exposure to Absence Management, third-party payroll integrations, certification, or managed services support is advantageous
