• Strong experience in 3rd Line or senior escalation roles
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with Azure & cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Solid networking knowledge including firewalls, switching, VPNs, and security
• Confident leading incidents, projects, and technical decisions
• Clear communicator and trusted technical authority
