Job description
We are seeking a commercial admin worker to work with and support the team of Quantity surveyors, middle management, project managers for a new project in Gildersome, Leeds, West Yorkshire., * Responding to incoming communications such as calls and emails
- General admin support to the commercial team as required
- Assisting in the processing of payments for subcontractors.
- To assist in the financial and technical aspects of contracts including procurement, invoicing and payment.
- Recording and monitoring labour contractor payments.
- Requesting, collating, and recording of sub-contractor and Health and safety documentation for review and approval.
- Updating payment records, preparing and issuing of pay less notices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Administrative experience?, * Previous experience in a office administrator role
- Preferably worked within the Construction industry
- Proficient in making payments
- Confident with Microsoft word & excel., · Must have experience in the Construction industry
· Experience of working in similar role
· Excellent IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft, Windows and Outlook packages
· Excellent attention to detail
· Flexibility
· Organised and ability to prioritise
· Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to work well as a team
