Job description
- Leading self-service reporting initiatives, championing a data-driven culture across the organisation and acting as a data champion for the People & Property department.
- Delivering clear analytics and dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning, translating complex people data into actionable insights across the People & Property department, and ensuring business teams have access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights aligned with enterprise data standards.
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance in all people-related activities, providing expert interpretation and advice, while sitting within the People & Property department to enable better decision-making.
- Assisting other members of the department in creating their own reports and improving data literacy.
What you'll be doing
- Champion Data-Driven Decision Making
- Serve as the primary advocate for data literacy and adoption within the People & Property department.
- People Analytics & Reporting
- Work closely with business users to understand their reporting needs and convert them into meaningful, insightful, and easy-to-use visualisations
- Training & Data Governance
- Deliver training and knowledge-sharing on analytics tools, data-driven practices, and reporting best standards for People & Property employees.
- Organisational Structure Management
- Serve as the People Data Champion, maintaining organisational structure management and uphold best practices in organisation design and compliance.
- Project & Cyclical Work
- Support cyclical and annual data activities-including pay review and regulatory reporting-ensuring accurate collection, analysis, and delivery of insights for compensation, compliance, and workforce initiatives
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Proven experience with HRIS (e.g., Oracle HCM), HR data management, and people analytics platform or equivalent enterprise visualisation/reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Understanding of HR processes, employment law, and data privacy, including GDPR compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic priorities.
- Proficiency in the native Oracle reporting toolsets and experience in designing impactful reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or a similar HR data role, with a track record of delivering insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and training skills, including the ability to lead knowledge-sharing sessions and promote data literacy within HR teams.
- Analytical and curious mindset with attention to detail, able to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce data and recommend evidence-based actions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, data governance, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
