Quality Assurance Technician 2-10pm

As aQuality Assurance Technician, you will support the production team in delivering safe, high-quality products. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards through real-time checks, audits, and documentation., * Carry out product checks and monitor processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

• Complete and verify paperwork accurately and in real time
• Maintain full traceability and follow all SOPs and procedures
• Conduct audits and swabbing before production restarts
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the shift team to promote best practices
• Lead by example and promote a safety-first culture
• Conduct clear shift handovers and escalate issues as needed
• Liaise with customers and auditors during site visits
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment (Clean As You Go approach)
• Inspect lines regularly and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Support weekly GMP audits and help ensure audit readiness at all times

Do you have experience in Quality assurance?, * A strong interest in food safety and quality

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
• Calm under pressure with good communication skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal systems, * Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy (or equivalent)
• Level 3 Food Hygiene (desirable)
• Level 3 HACCP (desirable)
• Experience in a quality assurance role in food manufacturing
