An established EdTech company in West London is expanding its technical support team and looking for an IT Support Engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and real face-to-face problem-solving.
This is a role for someone who thrives on helping users, keeping systems running smoothly, and representing a trusted brand on client sites across the region.
What You'll Be Doing

Providing 1st/2nd line support to schools and education clients

Working one week remotely, followed by one week visiting client sites across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and London

Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and classroom technologies

Installing, configuring, and maintaining devices and systems

Building strong relationships with school staff and acting as a trusted technical advisor

Escalating complex issues where needed and contributing to continuous service improvement
Requirements

Experience in IT support (1st/2nd line) within MSP, education, or similar environments

Confident troubleshooting Windows, O365, networks, and common classroom technologies

Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach

Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally on client sites

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Berks, Bucks, and London
