Job description
You'll be the go-to expert for a wide range of external clients, delivering exceptional support across varied IT environments. Every day brings something new, and you'll be right at the heart of it:
- Proactive monitoring of IT systems
- Helpdesk and incident management
- Remote and onsite technical support
- Configuring users, PCs, and servers
- Router/Firewall setup, configuration & troubleshooting
- Performing key system checks, including backups and AV monitoring/reporting

Your background should include solid hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory (Windows Server 2016+)
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Office 365
- Remote Desktop Services
- Windows 11
- Networking & TCP/IP
- Backup applications & monitoring tools
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:
- 3+ years experience in IT support (2nd/3rd Line)
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- The ability to stay calm, organised and effective under pressure
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
- This is an office-based role - no hybrid working.
