Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our ICT team at Taverham High School, providing essential technical support to staff and students across the school.

Working as part of the Trust's central IT team, you'll be the first point of contact for IT queries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining classroom technology, and ensuring our network and systems run smoothly. You'll manage support tickets through our central helpdesk system, set up user accounts, maintain equipment, and support audio-visual technology for assemblies and events.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You might be resolving a projector issue in a classroom one moment, configuring laptops the next, and supporting a whole-school event later that day.

The role is term-time plus 4 weeks, with the additional weeks typically worked during school holidays to support project work and infrastructure upgrades. You may occasionally travel to other Trust schools to provide support when needed., Enrich Learning Trust is committed to ensuring that applicants with disabilities or impairment receive equal opportunities and treatment. If you have a disability or impairment, and would like Enrich Learning Trust to make adjustments or arrangement to assist if you are called for an interview, please state the arrangements you require.
