Design Engineer

• Producing detailed fabrication drawings, GA's and component lists using AutoCAD / Autodesk.
• Designing pressure vessels & heat exchangers to relevant codes and standards.
• Liaising with clients to develop technical requirements and specifications.
• Carrying out design calculations and engineering analysis.
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation.
• Working closely with production & quality teams to ensure practical, compliant designs.
• Supporting continual improvement on new and repeat projects.
• Planning your workload to ensure on-time project delivery

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Due to continued growth, we're looking for a talented Design Engineer with experience in pressure vessels and heat exchangers to join our engineering team and play a key role in our future success., * Experience as a Design Engineer in pressure vessels and/or heat exchangers

• Knowledge of relevant design codes (PD5500, ASME BPVC, EN13445) and manufacturing standards
• AutoCAD experience (3D modelling desirable)
• Commercial awareness within engineered-to-order equipment
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and solution focused
