Job description
This is a key administrative and data-focused position, supporting sales operations through accurate reporting, order processing, and spreadsheet management., * Processing orders and invoices for UK and international customers
- Managing export orders and coordinating shipping arrangements
- Producing and maintaining Excel-based reports and trackers
- Analysing sales and order data using VLOOKUP, formulas, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel functions
- Updating and maintaining large datasets with a high level of accuracy
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Liaising with suppliers to track and update order statuses
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator with strong Excel skills to join our clients team in Sheffield.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, analysing information, and using Excel to support business operations in a fast-paced environment., * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Proven experience using VLOOKUP, formulas, and Pivot Tables
- Confident handling large volumes of data and producing accurate reports
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Sage or SAP (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar role
