Job description
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide high-quality first-line and onsite support, ensuring our people can work confidently and efficiently every day.
This role is central to the everyday technology experience across the business - combining responsive user support with the opportunity to get involved in infrastructure and security improvements.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support

Provide first-line support for hardware, access, and collaboration tools

Support core business and travel-specific applications (CRM, GDS, Booking reservation systems)

Deliver a responsive, professional onsite IT presence

Manage/process Support tickets against business SLAs.

Support remote staff with day-to-day technical needs

Support & Administration of Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; troubleshooting integration and collaboration issues.

Exposure to PowerShell scripting, or an interest in developing automation skills across Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and Windows environments.
Joiners / Movers / Leavers

Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks

Prepare and issue devices using Intune/Autopilot

Manage equipment lifecycle and inventory
Office Technology

Support printers, meeting rooms, and AV equipment

Assist with workspace setups and internal moves
Operations

Log, track, and escalate issues appropriately

Follow documented processes and contribute to improving them

Coordinate with senior engineers and MSP when required
-
Contribute to infrastructure and security projects alongside senior engineers Support system upgrades and process improvements Help strengthen operational processes over time, This role offers a clear progression pathway into 2nd line support, infrastructure, or cloud-focused roles as your skills develop. Technically curious and eager to learn

Comfortable with hardware and troubleshooting

Strong written and verbal communicator with non-technical users

Familiar with Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365

Comfortable operating within structured escalation paths

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, prioritise workload, and ensure timely resolution, while collaborating with team members as needed.
