Job description
To provide reliable first- and second-line IT support across Ready4Home, ensuring staff can work efficiently and securely using Microsoft 365, managed devices, and core operational systems.
The role supports key platforms including CRM, Job Logic, Power BI, and JotForm, forming the operational foundation of a growing IT function.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff

Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

Manage user onboarding and offboarding within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

Support MFA, password resets, and access control issues

Maintain and update the IT asset register and report to finance for disposal

Support user access and basic issue resolution across CRM and Job Logic

Maintain access to Power BI dashboards and JotForm workflows

Perform basic network and device troubleshooting

Work with third-party system providers to resolve escalated issues
-
Escalate security, data, or critical system risks appropriately

Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experience in a first- or second-line IT support role

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Experience managing users in Entra ID / Active Directory

Windows 10/11 support experience

Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP fundamentals)

Experience using ticketing or service management systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills

Excellent communication skills with non-technical users

Customer-focused mindset with strong sense of ownership

Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion

Understanding of when and how to escalate issues appropriately
Desirable

Exposure to Intune/endpoint management

Familiarity with Azure / Entra ID administration

Understanding of ITIL principles or service management environments

Experience supporting multi-site or regulated environments

Basic PowerShell knowledge
