In this role you combine on-premise expertise with in-depth Azure knowledge and act as technical endpoint for challenging escalations. You will build, optimize and standardize infrastructures within a professional MSP context, with autonomy, responsibility and room for innovation., Project-based work

• Set up and manage Windows Server environments (AD, NPS, backup servers, storage, virtualization)
• Implement and manage Microsoft Azure (IaaS) and hybrid links
• Remote preparation and execution of infrastructure projects
• On-site installation of physical server infrastructure as needed
• Ensuring correct and up-to-date documentation

Escalations & Support (Level 3)

• Handle complex escalations from the service desk (final responsibility)
• Support and advise generalist engineers
• Performing remote health checks and maintenance
• Proactively advise customers on optimizations

Innovation & Standardization

• Apply and monitor internal infrastructure standards
• Following up on new technologies within Azure and hybrid infrastructures
• Collaborate on optimization and adaptation of technical baselines

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Training & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience
• Minimum possession of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Preferably additional certifications such as, * Demonstrated experience in a similar position (Hybrid Cloud Engineer, System Engineer, Cloud Engineer)
• Experience within an MSP environment is a strong asset
• Experience with both on-premises infrastructure and Azure environments is required
