• Handle 1st level support and manage network maintenance tasks.
• Conduct on-site installations and process customer requests.

• Connect and test active technology such as switches, routers, OLTs, and CPEs.

• Training in IT, telematics, or electrical installation required.
• Proficiency in network technology and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English., * You are passionate about network technology, proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 in everyday use, and Linux know-how advances you further.
• Your educational background includes training as an IT specialist, telematics technician, electrical installer, or similar, ideally complemented by further education.
• People, customers, and clients are at the center for you.
• Native-level German skills as well as very good English skills.
• You have a category B driving license and are willing to participate in on-call duty and on-site assignments.
