Job description
Solid Recruitment is seeking a commercially aware and detail-driven Insights Analyst to join a growing Operations team. Work with high-quality data to drive customer and business outcomes Deliver accurate, insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Play a key role in improving efficiency and reporting standards
Support continuous improvement across operations
Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Reporting

Analyse sector and portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Produce contractually required customer reports within agreed SLAs
-
Prepare budgets, accruals, consumption reports, spend and margin analysis

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools

Deliver ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and prospects
Data & Performance

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems

Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and workflows
-
Identify savings opportunities and performance improvements
-
Assist with onboarding new customers from a reporting perspective
Communication & Collaboration

Manage customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone within SLAs
-
Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams

Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on reporting progress and findings

Collaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows and outcomes
Requirements
