Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users via service desk and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and user access issues
  • Support and administer Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID and Intune
  • Configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and user accounts
  • Support endpoint management, patching and security compliance
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset management and ticketing systems
  • Support audio, visual equipment, printers and office technology
  • Assist with IT projects, migrations and infrastructure improvements
  • Escalate complex issues and support 3rd line activities where required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, We require individuals who are fluent in Dutch and English.

You will play a key role in delivering high quality technical support, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and efficient. This position is ideal for someone with strong 1st and 2nd line IT support experience, with exposure to Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and cloud based technologies, and looking to further develop their career.

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience using Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools
  • Good understanding of Windows and Mac environments
  • Experience with Entra ID or Azure Active Directory
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focused approach

Desirable:

  • Exposure to 3rd line support activities
  • Experience in cloud first or modern workplace environments
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and identity management
  • Networking knowledge including WiFi and firewalls
