In this position, you will act as a first point of contact for technical support, assisting users across the London office as well as providing remote support to global colleagues where required. You will work across a varied technical landscape, supporting end-user technology, core applications, and meeting room systems, while learning from an experienced and supportive senior team., * Act as the first line of support for day-to-day IT queries and technical issues
- Resolve problems relating to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage and update support tickets through the internal helpdesk system
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Teams, and essential business software
- Assist with meeting room technology and video conferencing setups
- Support onboarding processes including device configuration and user provisioning
- Escalate complex incidents to second-line or specialist teams when needed
- Deliver a professional and user-focused support experience at all times
