- Provide systems and data support, including ticket management, troubleshooting, and system updates
- Assist with data cleansing, accuracy checks, and updating SharePoint and master lists
- Support IT projects
- Work closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and contribute to continuous improvements
Requirements
Are you an organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor or Administrator, looking to move in to IT? Or perhaps more experience and looking to now move in to a role in a small and supportive team with the wider company, and a work / life balance is the most important thing to you now?, * Previous experience in an IT support or administration role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Experience with a ticketing system, data input and iO would be desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office, online systems, SharePoint, and data inputting required
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work within a confidential environment essential
