As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across a commercial portfolio., * Act as the first point of contact for all helpdesk queries via phone and email
- Log, allocate and track reactive and planned maintenance jobs using a CAFM system
- Schedule engineers and contractors efficiently
- Monitor job progress and ensure SLAs are met
- Liaise with suppliers and support contractor onboarding
- Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the FM team

If you have experience working with a CAFM system, scheduling engineers, or supporting a facilities helpdesk - we'd love to hear from you., * Previous experience in a Helpdesk Administrator, FM Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator or similar role
- Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) preferred
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- High attention to detail
