Job description
Lenovo is seeking a Field Technical Sales Support Engineer / Consultant for Think Client Products to provide end-to-end technical support across pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers and Sales, supporting evaluations, tenders, and technical escalations., Pre-Sales
- Provide technical consultancy for ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, and related client solutions
- Support Sales during customer meetings, presentations, product evaluations, and transitions
- Contribute technical expertise and benchmarks to tenders and RFPs, * Act as the technical focal point for customer issues and escalations (excluding warranty topics)
- Resolve technical issues independently and open Level-2 (L2) cases when required
- Coordinate with internal support teams and ensure clear communication to customers and Sales, * Employee Share Purchase Plan

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience in IT technical support or technical pre-sales, including benchmarking
- Strong knowledge of the PC portfolio (notebooks, desktops, client solutions)
- In-depth expertise in Windows operating systems; MDT/SCCM knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel within Germany is required.
