Job description
- Line managing 4 direct reports that cover Integration, Environments, Data Migration and Testing and working closely with the development team
- Responsible for defining, implementing, and applying governance frameworks that ensure technology is delivered, used, and evolved in a controlled, consistent, and compliant manner
- Providing oversight across environments, quality assurance standards, test planning, and data migration processes, while owning and operating the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to safeguard stability and compliance
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of IT professionals
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of development, test, and production environments
- Ensuring environmental integrity and alignment with release schedules
- Leading planning and execution of data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, security, and minimal disruption
Requirements
Do you have experience in Middleware?, * Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of technical governance across complex, multi-system environments
- A track record of defining, implementing and applying governance frameworks, standards and controls
- A deep understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycles and operational risk
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware and data flows
- Proven ability to build, lead and scale high-performing technical governance teams
- Experience working alongside product, engineering and architecture functions
