Job description
As a Transition Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth migration of customer data, purchase orders, and financial balances from legacy systems to a new ERP platform. This work is mission-critical to the successful business transfer from DCC1 to DCC2, ensuring readiness, compliance, and continuity of operations. You'll collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and wider programme teams to deliver accurate, timely data transfer aligned to commercial and regulatory requirements.

- Reviewing open purchase orders (POs) and working with stakeholders to determine whether they should be transferred, closed, or re-raised.
- Mapping POs to novated or updated contracts while verifying commercial accuracy with the Commercial workstream.
- Preparing templates and documentation for PO migration, ensuring accurate values, coding, and contractual alignment.
- Supporting Procurement and Finance teams with vendor onboarding, PO discrepancies, invoice issues, and supplier queries.
- Maintaining clear documentation and reporting progress, risks, and outstanding migration actions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Procurement?, * Experience working in Procurement, Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, or Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of the PO lifecycle and supplier communication.
- High attention to detail with experience managing complex data sets or transitions.
- Effective stakeholder management and strong collaboration skills.
- Experience using procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa (desirable).
