Data Engagement Managers

• Proposal writing and impacting process for both work packages and statements of work.
• Direct the execution and implementation of the Project, using agile project management and delivery methods.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and work with the delivery team to establish a delivery rhythm, balance priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of delivery using business process.
• Manage stakeholders and other suppliers to ensure good relations and effective communication.
• Communicate and report effectively.
• Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change.
• Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support. Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment
• Predict staff requirements to enable effective resourcing

• Experience of managing large IT projects including integration of multiple delivery areas.
• Evidence of strong risk and dependency management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management skills, ability to build productive relationships
• Commercial and Financial Experience.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently and with the client, with flexibility about work content with ability to balance priorities across multiple tasks at the same time
• Experience of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology and collaboration tools (e.g. Agile/SCRUM, Atlassian Jira, Agile for Scrum, Confluence, SAFe)
• Service transition experperience with history of transitioning large projects to live service

The following would be an advantage but is not essential:

• Experience of working with the Bid and Sales teams
• Professional Scrum Master or SAFe Qualification
• Understanding of DevOps and how to build effective product/feature teams
