  • Contributing to meaningful projects that impact the community, As a Data Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of pupil data within the ONE system. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting teams in utilising data effectively for their operations
  • Managing the regular transfer of MIS data from schools to the ONE database
  • Providing assistance to schools with data exchange processes and validating amendments
  • Ensuring compliance in data management and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and providing operational support for data import/export processes

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data management and pupil data administration
  • Proficient in using Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills for quality assurance and reporting
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in training and development related to data systems
  • Familiarity with data quality reporting and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of the educational landscape and its data needs
