- Contributing to meaningful projects that impact the community, As a Data Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of pupil data within the ONE system. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teams in utilising data effectively for their operations
- Managing the regular transfer of MIS data from schools to the ONE database
- Providing assistance to schools with data exchange processes and validating amendments
- Ensuring compliance in data management and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders and providing operational support for data import/export processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in data management and pupil data administration
- Proficient in using Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills for quality assurance and reporting
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in training and development related to data systems
- Familiarity with data quality reporting and troubleshooting
- Understanding of the educational landscape and its data needs
Technologies:
