ERP Tester

We're supporting a public sector client on a major ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced ERP Tester to take ownership of testing across HR, Payroll, Finance & Procurement. This role will sit at the centre of the ERP Programme, working closely with functional teams and the System Implementation partner to ensure robust, business-aligned testing across all phases.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contributing to the overall testing strategy, ensuring coverage of key business processes and integrations
• Developing detailed, requirement-aligned test scripts
• Executing functional testing and supporting UAT delivery
• Identifying, logging and tracking defects through to resolution
• Maintaining clear documentation of test plans, results and defect reporting
• Supporting non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility)

Strong ERP testing experience across HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement ideally MS Dynamics

• Experience in large, complex programmes (public sector preferred)
• Confident stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
