Job description
Their successful candidate will design and implement material & capacity planning elements of their ERP software, whilst supporting the wider technical team with system upgrade projects and driving customer optimisation to maximise on overall customer satisfaction., * Design and implement capacity planning and material workflows for ERP systems
- Support the wider team on ERP upgrade projects
- Host online and face to face training sessions to onboard and train new end users, including hosting one to one sessions
- Perform toolkit configuration works along with report writing in SQL
- Schedule on-site visits to customer sites to support configuration and implementations
- Gather key customer requirements to ensure software package is tailored to their specification and manufacturing needs
- Collaborate with the project management team to devise internal resource and capacity plans to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Advise customers on best practices
- Provide ad hoc functional support as and when required
Requirements
Their ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple ERP implementations and integration projects with customers from the manufacturing sector. In addition, you will be able to demonstrable strong proficiency with SQL servers and ADAPT (desirable nut not essential)., * Demonstrable experience in delivering multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, ideally within the manufacturing sector
- Demonstrable experience in capacity planning module implementation
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
- Proven proficiency with SQL reporting
- Experience working with EFACS ERP software highly desirable but not essential
- Confident in coaching multiple end users and delivering system optimisation training
- Confident building good relationships and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Experience writing and reviewing process documentation and design specifications
- Flexible with occasional UK travel and working on customer sites when required
- Full UK driving license

Please note, this role can accommodate mostly remote working, on the agreement that you will be required to attend customer sites when required.
