A specialist education technology provider supporting schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the South-East is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be based on-site at a well-established secondary school in Surrey.
This organisation delivers modern, enterprise-grade IT infrastructure to the education sector and works closely with leadership teams to ensure reliable, secure and forward-thinking technology environments., You will act as the dedicated on-site IT Engineer, providing day-to-day user support while administering and maintaining the school's IT systems and network infrastructure. Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) environments

Support Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 services

Maintain wired and wireless networks, firewalls and filtering systems

Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices and AV equipment

Keep users informed on issue resolution and system updates

Experience Required

Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

Exposure to Windows Server 2019/2022 environments

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (wired, wireless, firewall basics)

Experience supporting end-user hardware and AV systems

Must live within commutable distance of Surrey-based site

Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS clearance
