IT Operations Supervisor- Bond International

Bond International are looking for a IT Operations Supervisor to help supervise the day-to-day operations of the IT Department. Reporting to the IT Director, you will co-ordinate management of departmental costs and key operational activities heavily focussed on compliance., This is a predominantly non-technical supervisory position that does demand day to day interaction with both technical and non-technical stake holders. An awareness of key IT principles including Cyber Security, Data Protection and Service Management would be required.

The role is suited to a candidate who wants to help shape and support the evolution and continual improvement of the IT function, having the ability to contribute to and adopt an evolving IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

· Cost management

· Contract and vendor management

· Scheduling and workforce planning

· Audit and compliance task coordination

· Maintenance of documentation and records

· Shared responsibility for managing first-line support

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Effective records and documentation management

· Ability to manage external partners and suppliers

· Excellent communication and time-management skills

· Strong teamwork and collaboration

· Ability to innovate and implement improvements

Qualifications & Experience

· Professional experience within an IT environment

· Experience supervising a team, including mentoring and staff support

· Experience in supply-chain operations (desirable)

· Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, and/or Cyber Essentials (desirable)
